What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Coordinator position at HD Hyundai Construction Equipment North America?

Primary Responsibilities: 

·        Provide and administer support activities to Aftermarket Director and Parts Manager


Additional Responsibilities:

·        Assist Director of Aftermarket with report creation, report delivery cadence, and document retention

·        Review, approve and process department invoices for local purchases in a timely manner according to our vendors payment requirements

·        Work with parts procurement on reporting and processing of orders and ensuring order accuracy, min/max levels of inventory, and aged inventory reduction

·        Monitor department KPI’s and KPI reporting to Director of Aftermarket monthly to ensure timely communication to department personnel on levels of performance.

·        Organize meetings for Aftermarket team as needed

·        Manage the coordination and documentation of all parts, tech support and warehouse training. 

·        Help develop and continually improve the dealer scorecard process, as well as house the submittals from the RAM’s in one secure location for future review and follow up

·        Greet and welcome incoming visitors

·        Any other department requests as needed that are approved by Director of Aftermarket


Requirements:

·        Working knowledge of the following programs preferred:

o   Microsoft Office Suite

o   Concur

o   SAP

o   Docswave

o   Internet based programs


·        This is an office-based position in Norcross, Georgia, unless traveling. Overnight travel will vary but is estimated at less than 5%.

·        Knowledge and understanding of material handling terms and technologies preferred.

·        Excellent communication skills 

·        Three to five years of experience in accounts payables or parts is preferred. 

·        Must be very proficient in Power Point, Excel (including pivot table creation). 


Work Environment:

The work environment is a non-smoking office environment. No heavy lifting required. Mostly sitting with computer and phone usage. Accommodations can be made for handicapped employee. 


Salary : $57,000 - $63,000
