JOB SUMMARY : Supervise and evaluate education staff in accordance with the Head Start Performance Standards, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Licensing for Child Day Care Centers, the Frogstreet Curriculum and Cognitive Toybox and Step Up to Quality. Responsible for ongoing monitoring of employees’ daily productivity, responsibilities, and overall work habits. Ensure a positive approach towards staff development is maintained through team involvement and communication.
