What You’ll Do…
As the Accounting Manager, you will:
- Lead and coordinate core general ledger activities and ensure timely completion of all deliverables
- Oversee fixed assets and lease accounting processes, including compliance with ASC 842
- Manage and support the month-end close, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and deadlines are met
- Review journals, reports, and reconciliations; investigate and explain fluctuations and variances
- Maintain strong internal controls and clear audit trails; provide support for year-end audit activities
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost effectiveness
- Serve as a cross-functional accounting resource and contribute to finance-related projects
- Develop, update, and maintain accounting documentation and procedures
- Provide strong leadership through coaching, performance management, hiring support, and team development
What We’re Looking For…
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred)
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior people management experience with a passion for developing/mentoring a team
- Active CPA certification
- Advanced understanding of GL accounting processes and financial reporting
- Knowledge of lease accounting (ASC 842)
- Experience working in ERP environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools
