Headquarter Nissan is hiring now for an Automotive Greeter / Receptionist. This is a Full-time position, and the successful candidate must be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays while providing exceptional customer service!
Job Responsibilities:
- Effectively answer and control the flow of heavy incoming phone and showroom traffic
- Work marketing events to promote dealership within the community and after hours when necessary
- Serve as showroom hostess to include greeting and de-greeting guests, logging guest traffic, and light housekeeping
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Retail, hospitality, or restaurant customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, energetic phone voice and in-person demeanor
- Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Ability to work effectively in high energy, fast-paced, customer-driven, process-oriented environment
- Must have open availability with a flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays
- Must maintain polished and professional uniform appearance daily
- Must be dependable, punctual, and a good team player with proactive nature and positive attitude
