Job Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data migration requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of legacy data sources and identify and document data mapping requirements to target systems.
• Document business and technical requirements for data migration projects and ensure alignment with overall project goals.
• Utilize technical skills to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Work with technical teams to design, document and implement data migration scripts, procedures, and tools.
• Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure data accuracy and completeness post-migration.
• Conduct testing cycles, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to verify successful data migration.
• Serve as a liaison between business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure clear and consistent communication.
• Expertise in building reports and dashboards across multiple objects, KPI delivery, data modelling and having knowledge on relational databases.
• Provide training and support to end users on new data structures and systems post migration.
