Healing Arts Veterinary Center is seeking a full-time veterinary technician to join our team!
We are looking for team players who love animals, are compassionate, self-starters, and eager to learn. Our ideal candidate will have at least one or more years of veterinary technician experience, but we're also open to new veterinary technician graduates!
Primary responsibilities / required skillset:
- Venipuncture
- IVC placement
- Anesthetic induction and monitoring
- Surgical prep and assistance
- Drug calculations
- Dental prophylaxis
- Pharmacy duties
- Patient handling and restraint
- Lab work and microscopic evaluation
- Outpatient procedures
Benefits and compensation:
- $14 - $18/hr based on experience and credentials
- $500 - $2000 bonus package based on experience and credentials
- Full time schedule with three weekend shifts per month (half day Saturdays and occasional Sundays)
