Job Description
- Provide the highest degree of patient & client service
- Assist veterinarians with providing patient care including examination appointments, lab diagnostics, X-rays, and surgeries
- Consult and educate clients on available services and best practices to ensure animal health
- Responsible for safely holding and restraining animals, if needed
- Entry of applicable service charges into our practice management software
- Basic cleaning & clinic maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
- This is a full-time position; applicants must be available to work between 7AM-6PM on weekdays and willing to work every other Saturday.
Preferred Applicant Experience
- Applicants must have 2 years work experience in a veterinary clinic setting, preferably as a veterinary assistant
- Previous surgery assistance experience a strong plus
- EzyVet practice management system experience a strong plus
- Veterinarian employment references considered a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
