Job Title: Construction Site Safety Professional

Location: Greater Cincinnati Area

Salary: Up to $35/hr (Based on Experience)

Shifts Available: Multiple

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Site Safety Professional to join our construction team in the Greater Cincinnati Area. As a Site Safety Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel on our construction sites. Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Conduct safety orientations and training sessions for new hires and existing staff.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety activities and incidents.

Requirements:

• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in site safety management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred:

• Certification as a Fall Protection Competent Person.
