Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. You will work in a collaborative environment with other healthcare professionals to create personalized treatment plans that support our patients' recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercise guidance to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Collaborate with a team of chiropractors, medical doctors, acupuncturists, and massage therapists for integrated care.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- California Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or eligibility to obtain.
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Experience in manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, and orthopedic conditions preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
