The Clinical Lead is a key part of the leadership team, overseeing clinical staff and services at their assigned site.
- Provides on-site support, monitors workflows, and ensures smooth site operations.
- Serves as the primary onsite clinical leader for team-based care, managing service delivery, case assignments, and group services.
- Offers clinical consultation, staffing, acuity assessments, and team coordination.
- Ensures clinical oversight aligns with policies, reviews documentation, and facilitates staff training.
- Collaborates with management to ensure quality services are delivered based on client acuity.
- Maintains a client caseload with a reduced billable expectation.
- Qualifications include a master's in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work, with licensure at least at the associate level in AZ. Leadership experience is preferred.
