Job SummaryThis position is responsible for performing moderate to complex financial analyses and support for special projects; read/write basic SQL, manage data integrity, data reporting/analysis and to run large volumes of claims, membership & revenue data to utilize in shared savings modeling and analytics. Ability to ramp up quickly to support all Medicare and Medicaid Value Based Care (VBC) financial performance metrics and risk sustainability analytics for all provider Government VBC contracts. Understand attribution processes required for Government contracts with financial provisions; assist with the evaluation of all business needs and requirements needed to ascertain technical & financial requirements for Government LOB's continual growth that is impacting the business area; prepare all necessary financial analyses, periodic financial statements, and special reports for BCBSIL and/or subsidiaries.**This is a Flex position, in the office 3 days a week****Office location is Chicago, IL**Required Job Qualifications:- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 4 years experience conducting financial analysis
- Bachelor Degree in Business Economics
- Experience conducting healthcare related financial analysis
