Responsible for the timely retrieval of physician's orders and other documentation. Assist with the assembling of packets, working order edit lists, delivery of supplies and equipment as needed, and maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the forms necessary in the various departments. Reviews deliveries and pick-ups and special instructions on a daily basis. Professionally represents the agency by providing excellent customer service and deliveries in a timely manner.
Must have H.S. diploma or equivalent, a professional demeanor, good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with little supervision. Bi-lingual to include Spanish and English. Current TX driver’s license and auto liability insurance with an acceptable driving record. No CDL requirements for this position.
Preferred qualities include at least one year of general health care industry experience. Knowledge and experience delivering in the Rio Grande Area. Familiarity with office equipment use such as telephone systems and computer operations.
