Corewell Health West Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Geriatrician or Internist (with demonstrated experience in geriatrics) to join our team specializing in the care of our elderly and medically frail population in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Opportunities include providing care in one of our Rehabilitation and Nursing Facilities or providing in-home based primary care.
