Hospitalists also have around 266 patient encounters monthly, not including deliveries. Maternal-fetal medicine cases are referred to Morgantown or Winchester. There is a family medicine residency program at Jefferson Medical Center, with opportunities for FMOBs to practice and for residents to rotate at this hospital. In-house anesthesia is available, and the facility uses EPIC for its electronic medical records.
