Sutter East Bay Medical Group is seeking a full-time BC/BE Surgical Hospitalist Physician.

Locations: Oakland, CA Summit Medical Center and Berkeley, CA Alta Bates Medical Center

Position Details

• Join a busy Emergency General Surgery practice covering two Sutter hospitals
• Wide variety of Emergency General Surgery cases.
• Inpatient shift-based work: 1 FTE = 4-6 primary call days (24hr) per month 4-5 rounding days every third week. Two surgeons cover the hospital every day and support each other
• Great support from multiple medical specialties, including IR, GI, IM, and others
• Staff post-operative and post-hospitalization surgical clinic
• Work with Transitional Year residents

• Board certified or Board eligible
