At Health First Medical Weight Loss & Skin Care, we provide aesthetic and weight loss services specializing in body contouring, injectables, and medically supervised weight loss.
As a front & back office Medical Assistant you will be responsible for checking in patients. Assisting in rooming both aesthetic and weight loss patients to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will be the point of contact for all patients scheduling appointments. The target is to complete all tasks accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner. Sales experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Recording patients information and taking basic vital signs
- Scheduling appointments
- Filing charts
- Packaging medication
- Administering B-12 injections
- Collecting payments
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms for aesthetic procedures
- Periodically sanitize office
- Answering phones
- Selling skin care (Skin Medica/PCA Skin) & weight loss products
Skills
- Knowledge of medical assistant skills (vital signs & injections)
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent phone skills
- Sales skills is a plus
- Interest in aesthetics/cosmetics a plus
