Pay is market competitive and negotiable based on your experience. Full-time employees will be eligible for a variety of comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.Full-time employees will be eligible for Tuition Assistance.401K.The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $55.00 to $65.00 hourly. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. We are looking for full-time Assistant Director of NursingResponsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing Services in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.Participate in developing, maintaining, and updating our written policies and procedures that govern the day-to-day functions of the nursing service department. Ensure that reference material (i.e., PDR'S, Federal and State Regulations, etc.) maintained at the nurses' stations is current. Recommend to the Director written material that will assist the nursing service department in meeting the day-to-day needs of residents.In the absence of the Director, serve on, participate in, and attend various committees of the facility (i.e., Infection Control, Policy Advisory, Pharmaceutical, Budget, Quality Assurance & Assessment, etc.).Serve on the Quality Assurance and Assessment Committee as directed.Assist the Director in preparing written and/or oral reports of the nursing service programs and activities to submit to such committee(s).Qualifications: Must have, as a minimum, 2 years of experience as a supervisor in long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.Must possess as a minimum a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
