What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support (Part-Time / PRN) position at Healthcare Hiring Firm?
Need an on call IT Support Technician to provide support for information systems and hardware. This role will be responsible for providing technical advice and troubleshooting for a variety of computer problems. The successful candidate will provide detailed analysis of the problems, resolve the issues and ensure that the management is informed about the same.
Note: Must have experience on Console, SSH commands, Network & Server Management; Creates Enterprise software for integrated management.
Fixed hours will be provided after discussion.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support that includes specifications, installation, deployment and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established company standards and guidelines.
- Provide IT support via desk-side and remote access in Windows as well as iOS environment.
- Complete hardware and software installations for new workstations and office moves.
- Interact with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Assist in the maintenance and testing of network servers and associated equipment.
- Responsible for analyses, communication, problem-solving, accuracy and timeliness in meeting performance measures to meet daily business needs of the company.
Requirements:
- Experience on Console, SSH commands, Network & Server Management; Creates Enterprise software for integrated management
- Working knowledge of the functionality and features of computers, operating systems, and software applications.
- Working knowledge of software and hardware products.
- Working knowledge of system configurations.
- Working knowledge of computer networking technologies and security concepts.
- Working knowledge of cloud computing and virtualization.
- Hands on experience on various IT platforms.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
