We are looking for a Medical Assistant, who can take care of our Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring processes.
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant Certification
- Proof of CMA Education (Diploma or transcripts)
- Experience using EHR systems
Primary Functions (not limited to):
EITHER
- Chronic Care Management (CCM) - enroll patients who need CCM care, document, code bill and other related tasks.
OR
- Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) - identify and enroll patients in RPM, create and sign off on care plan, patient education, device tracking & maintenance and other related tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
