About the Role:

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of production and equipment performance, as well as troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating and maintaining industrial equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating drying equipment
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Forklift certification
