Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all supervisory functions for the assigned unit
Develop, implement, and enforce employee policies and procedures
Mentor and support less experienced nursing staff with clinical guidance and career development
Ensure the unit maintains high standards of resident care
Review resident records and monitor quality of care
Address resident and family concerns promptly and effectively
Advocate for the unit’s needs in collaboration with upper management
Qualifications:
Valid State RN license required
Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience preferred
At least 2 years of charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
Strong computer proficiency
