ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Two years progressively responsible commercial property management experience.
- Acts as primary contact with Tenants; directly involved with all aspects of property operations, lease administration, and daily administrative tasks.
- Performs periodic regular property inspections. Recommends and/or approves alterations, maintenance and reconditioning as necessary. Contracts for and supervises vendor services.
- Complete routine property accounting functions such as AP processing, AR reporting, and AR collection. Assist with development of annual budgets for operating and capital expenses.
- Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports.
- Support new tenant orientation programs and coordinates tenant-related activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Must be able to work independently.
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary : $48,000 - $60,800
