PRN or PT Occupational Health Nurse Coordinator- SSA Albuquerque

JOB SUMMARY: The Occupational Health Nurse is responsible for the oversight and monitoring of the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) Occupational Health Program. Provides emergency and non-emergency care, immunizations and walk in care to a healthy population and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Provides education, coordination, and consultation on Occupational Health issues. Works to ensure the health and safety of SSA employees EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred; Associates degree or diploma in nursing will be considered At least 3 years clinical nursing experience and 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse with recent clinical experience in occupational health nursing, school, public health, or ambulatory care nursing Microsoft work, Excel experience Supervisory experience LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Registered nurse licensure in any state Valid CPR certification in BLS is required upon hire. Must be obtained and maintained as per AHA guidelines.
