HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to fill an opening with a well-known Hospital in Fort Myers, FL.
Daily Responsibilities for the Nuclear Medicine Technologist:
- Perform diagnostic Nuclear Medicine imaging and emergency procedures
- Respond to patient's needs before, during and after their visit to the nuclear medicine department
- Evaluate and maintain quality control programs for instrumentation
- Assist authorized users in the application and management of therapeutic radionuclide treatment
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and staff/student orientation and training
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- Life, 403(b), 457(b) Retirement plans - up to 5% match
- Uncapped PTO – begins accruing immediately and can be used at 30 days! - 7.4 hours for every 80 hours worked
- Day shifts!
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist License
- Graduate from Accredited Nuclear Medicine Program
- 1 year exp required
- BLS certification through AMA (American Heart Association)
