Description
HTS is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the therapy team at our new partner senior living community near Rushville, IN (Rush County). The primary role of the Occupational Therapist will be to complete evaluations and progress notes on a part-time or consistent PRN basis.
· Diverse caseload from short term rehab, long term care and assisted living populations.
· Competitive hourly rate.
· Very flexible schedule.
Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state’s requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
