Description
HTS is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join the team on a PRN basis for two senior living facilities and home health located in Owensboro, Kentucky. One facility is a continuing care retirement facility while the other is a skilled nursing facility specializing in dementia related diagnoses.
The PRN SLP in this position will conduct evaluations, recertifications, progress notes, skilled treatments and discharges on an as-needed basis. A mixture of weekday and weekend availability is preferred.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Kentucky Speech Language Pathologist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Kentucky license, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam. Applicants must hold Certificate of Clinical Competence or be supervised as a Clinical Fellow prior to attaining CCCs.
