Reid Health is located in east central Indiana with all the advantages of a single hospital community, low managed care environment, great working environment and excellent medical staff.
Position Details :
- Full-time hospital employed position
- Team : One Endocrinologist and three APP's
- Office conveniently located in medical office building which is connected to the inpatient hospital and outpatient care center.
- Diabetes Education located within same clinic space
- Open to 4 or 5 day work week schedules.
- Equipment in Practice : A1C machines, ultrasound machine for Fine Needle Aspirations performed in office.
- EPIC Smart Rooms
- Family Medicine Residents and Medical Student education available
- Hospital newly built in 2008
