Now hiring for 3-day work week Friday- Sunday. You will work 30 hours, but we will pay you for 40 hours.
Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist Weekend Services
ACT Psychiatric Rehabilitation Specialist Weekend Services Position Summary:
This position is part of an interdisciplinary team that provides quality evidenced based practices to clients living in the community struggling with behavioral health issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Initiate member assessments, develop person centered individual recovery plans, and document progress towards achieving goals, other related documentation requirements.
- Positive role modeling for members and peers.
- Provide psychiatric rehabilitation using evidenced based practices and facilitate groups once per week.
- Provide quality services to fulfill the ACT mission of providing sanctuary and support to members in the community.
- Assist in coordination of services provided to our members from other community agencies.
Qualifications, Education and Experience:
- Associate’s degree in the Human Service field and/or two years of professional experience working with chronically mentally ill clients.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid full driver's license and safe driving record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- One year’s experience in teaching and/or social work is preferred.
