Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines
- Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations
- Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations
- Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings
- Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers
- Stay current on research and evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI
- Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators
- Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR
- Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly
- Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics

Qualifications
- Required: Master’s Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education or related field
- Required: CURRENT AND ACTIVE Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and licensure (as applicable per state)
- Required: Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience
- Preferred: 3-5 years of experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience
