What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trained Medication Aide / Med Trained CNA position at HealthSmart Pro Inc?
The primary purpose of the TMA is to provide care and assistance to sick, disabled, elderly, or fragile individuals. This includes passing and the distribution of medications. You will work in an assisted living environment caring for the residents with their daily activities.
- QUALIFICATIONS :
- High School diploma / GED or one to three months of related experience.
- Trained Medication Aide Certified
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Previous care taking experience is preferred
- REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES :
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Strong Communications skillset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to Prioritize.
- Ability to handle fast paced environment
- Knowledge on Patient Care
