**Job Description**

**Compensation & Benefits Overview**
**1. Full-Time Employed Model (Living in the Community)**
- **Base Compensation:** $210/hour
- **PM Call Coverage:** $42/hour
- **Call Back:** $210/hour (after 2-hour gratis)
- **Quality & Productivity Bonus:** $10/hour
- **Retention Bonus:** $50,000 (includes a $2,000/month stipend during residency, treated as a forgivable loan over the first 3 years).
- **Shift Coverage:** 7-on/7-off schedule
- **Paid Relocation**
**FTE Benefits Package Includes:**
- **CME:** $5,000 annually
- **Licenses:** Up to $1,000 reimbursed annually

**Ideal Candidate Profile**
- Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (other specialties with Hospitalist experience considered).
- Comfortable performing procedures.
- Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License and DEA without restrictions.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a team-based care delivery model.

- **Practice Details:**
- 25-bed hospital with a 4-bed open ICU.
- Flexible block scheduling with a supportive administrative team.
- Shifts: **7:00 AM - 7:00 PM onsite** with **unrestricted night call 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM**.
- Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) onsite during peak hours.
- Average inpatient census: 8-15 patients per day; 2-3 daily admissions.
- EMR: Meditech.
- Care for a variety of acute concerns ranging from mild to complex cases.
