POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Support Analyst, Sales Operations, reporting to the Director, Sales Operations and Business Development, will be responsible for providing data analysis, sales reporting, provide data insights, and manage special projects to improve sales operations, increase customer satisfaction and retention rates, and contribute to profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze opportunity data and provide reports to Sales Leadership
- Triage Sales questions/issues to correct department (Implementations, Product Management, Marketing)
- Sales Activity Reports
- Territory analysis and optimization based on white space
- Customer Service Liaison
- Tier 1 Sales Support - Point of contact for Customer Service
- Monitors case queue for Customer Service sales-related issues
- Triage customer issues to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot customer orders, account statuses, etc.
- Product Management Liaison
- Product approvals
- Product commission guide
- Create and maintain ROI Calculators
- Provide research and administrative assistance for special projects as assigned
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
1. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- BS or BA degree
- 2-5 years of associated work experience
- Salesforce platform & reporting experience a must
- Sales reporting & analytics experience
- Expert Excel skills
- Power BI experience preferred
