Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the delivery of clinical services for adults and families
- Assess and document client needs for mental health and/or substance abuse services
- Provide individual and group therapy
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and service providers
- Maintain all contractual and licensure requirements
- Participate in supervision, meetings, and case consultations
- Complete clinical records and agency documentation in a timely manner
- Follow professional code of ethics
- Coordinate effective discharge planning
- Complete required training in mental health and substance use disorders
- Perform other duties as needed
- Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 7 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm. Evening hours will be required, and determined based on program needs.
- Occasional local travel. Mileage Reimbursement provided.
