What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Support Professional position at Healthways?
HealthWays, Inc in Weirton, WV is looking for a full-time Behavioral Support Professional (BSP).
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in the Human Service Field. Have one (1) year of paid experience with individuals with IDD preferred. Experience with assessments and behavior management techniques is required. Must have a valid driver license and auto insurance.
6 Month Training Requirement: New Hires of the agency that have not completed an approve WVAPBS curriculum must successfully do so within the first six months of employment and be under the clinical supervision by a Behavioral Support Professional.
