Responsibilities:
- Must maintain great communication and a passion for helping others.
- Navigate practice management system to enter/view treatment plans, insurance information, schedule appointments and reconciliation reports.
- Maximize financial and insurance knowledge to advocate for the patient and practice.
- Maintain OSHA and HIPPA policies and procedures.
- Manage patient outreach with an organized approach.
- Work with clinical team to understand and communicate patient care effectively.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Two year of dental receptionist experience
- Work experience with dental insurance

Salary: Based on experience, starting at $16.00 per hour
