Hear Again America – Burnet & Lampasas, TX
$60,000 – $90,000 per year Commission
Hear Again America is a rapidly growing, Audiologist-founded hearing care franchise system with locations across 16 states. Each Hear Again America location is independently owned and operated, allowing providers to practice with autonomy while benefiting from a strong, established brand. We are seeking a licensed Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist to lead care in our Texas Hill Country locations in Burnet and Lampasas.
The incoming provider will step into established offices with the opportunity to grow revenue through a professional sales approach, consistent presence, strong follow-up, and relationship-based care. In addition to in-clinic care, the provider will have opportunities to represent the practice in the community through outreach events, referral relationship building, and local partnerships to help grow the business and serve more patients.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations
- Recommend and fit hearing instruments
- Provide follow-up care and long-term patient support
- Build trusted relationships within the community
- Grow and manage your clinic with clinical autonomy

What We’re Looking For
- Active Audiology or H.A.S. license (required)
- Proven track record in hearing instrument sales and patient care
- Relationship-focused clinician who values long-term patient outcomes
- Strong communicator who thrives in a community practice setting
