What You’ll Do:
- Develop, implement and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans that support each child’s unique needs
- Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs, empowering them to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate closely with families and support teams to promote meaningful, lasting progress
What You Bring:
- BCBA Certification (required)
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA, preferably in group homes and in-home settings
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to support families in their communities
