What you already know:
By now, you’ve done everything that builds a solid foundation for a producer. Timelines, resourcing, organization—you feel like an old pro at these. But there are some tricks and skills you’ve refined even more:
Running a hot sheet
Internal and vendor communications
Scope development (with supervision)
Owning anywhere from 1-3 high-profile projects at a time, along with your standard run of projects
How you’ll help the team:
This team is looking for someone who brings lots of laughs and no ego. We’re a team that loves to share memes, successes, and processes that help us learn from failure (and it’s OK to fail if we all walk away knowing more than we did). Beyond that, here’s what your responsibilities will be:
Producer
Hot sheets, timelines, and resource management
Scope development (with supervision)
Internal, client and vendor communication
Budget burn oversight and time transfers
Template development (with supervision)
Team health oversight
How you’ll grow:
Producer is where you’ll start, but we’re always planning for where you’ll go. Our Producers are all expected to hone skills that will help build on their careers. Those skills include:
More high-profile projects
Building templates to improve you and the team’s day to day
Team building and leadership skills
Building your team’s best practices documents
Receiving mentorship from a Senior Producer or Associate Director
Client rec sheet collaboration with business manager
