Heartland Construction, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial construction PROJECT MANAGER. The ideal candidate will possess experience with K-12 educational facilities, government contracts and private design/build projects; inclusive of projects with value in excess of $15M. In addition, candidate must be proficient in project scheduling, contract negotiations and cost-control. Heartland's Projects are located throughout Hampton Roads and extend into both the Richmond and Eastern Shore of Virginia markets.
