Full-Time Self Storage Customer Service Associate *Saturdays Required

We are a dynamic and expanding company specializing in self-storage facilities across the Midwest, Colorado, New York, and Pennsylvania regions. Presently, we are in search of a dependable individual to assume the role of a full-time Self-Storage Associate at our Ozark-area stores. This role demands availability on weekdays and Saturdays.

The primary responsibilities of this position encompass assisting customers with their storage requirements, promptly addressing sales inquiries and leads, processing payments, managing delinquent accounts, and maintaining the facility's pristine condition through light maintenance duties and regular property inspections. This role offers a diverse blend of both desk and hands-on tasks.

Candidates must possess a reliable vehicle for commuting between different facilities as needed, along with a valid driver's license. We welcome dedicated individuals who are eager to contribute to our team's success and growth. This is an hourly position that will require working Saturdays.

Qualifications:

• Requires high school diploma/GED equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in sales, retail management, and/or customer service.
• Must be able to work well with people demonstrating a customer care focus even when communicating in writing and over the phone too.
• Exhibit a professional, positive, team-oriented attitude.
• A willingness to learn (and ability to learn quickly) and apply effectively new/revised processes and procedures or skills.
• Computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office) required.
• Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence, present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, policy manuals and maintenance instructions is required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals is required.
• Ability to multi-task accordingly in a customer-focused environment. Ability to work well under pressure.
• Physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: The Self-Storage Sales Associate has no supervisory responsibilities but will assist with direction of onsite contract workers in the absence of the Regional Manager (where applicable).

Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour PLUS monthly Bonuses.
