Description
The Volunteer position is responsible for providing educational, recreational, and\or any services to youth and families at a DYCD funded program at HeartShare St. Vincent’s Services (HSVS). The Volunteer position is also for Co-Locators that are responsible for enhancing available services at a HSVS DYCD Cornerstone Program, which is located at New York City Housing Authority community center. The Parties understand and acknowledge that a Cornerstone Community Center Co-Locator is an independently funded organization, informal group, or individual that agrees to deliver a component of the Cornerstone program, as directed, and supervised by the Cornerstone Contractor, in exchange for free space and the opportunity to provide its services to Cornerstone participants and community members.
Qualifications
All Co-locator's must offer consistent services to Marlboro Cornerstone Community Center and follow all program requirements and guidelines. All individual volunteers must complete a HSVS application, and complete the entire background clearance process. All Co-locators must complete an HSVS application, a Co-locator form with the Program Director of the HSVS DYCD funded Cornerstone program, and also complete a Background Screening.
