We are seeking several Assistant Teachers to join our organization! This individual will aid in the presentation of age appropriate activities for children, following the Guided Creative Curriculum.

Responsibilities:
- PRESCHOOL: Aid in instruction of preschool-aged children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
- INFANT/TODDLER: Aid in facilitation of learning activities & engage with play for development
- SCHOOL AGE: Aid in initiation and encouragement various activities for development & entertainment
- Aid in maintaining a fun and safe learning environment
- Follow policies, schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, care, rest, and playtime
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields (preferred, not required)
- Passionate about working with children
- Ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- 18
- High school diploma/equivalency required
- Willingness to learn
- Background check required
Education:
- Opportunities for continued education in the field of Early Childhood Education (ECE) are available through the Ohio Child Care Resource & Referral Association (OCCRRA), with potential for career growth
Entry level (no experience & high school diploma/high school equivalency)
Wage varies beyond entry level based on experience and relevant education
Assistant/Floater/Substitute positions available for those with <1 year experience
