Job Summary: 

The position ensures the safe and reliable mechanical operation of activities and lifts, emphasizing proficiency, instruction, safety, and leadership in all areas of Lift and Activity Maintenance. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance, and repairs under the direction of the maintenance supervisor and senior mechanics. The role requires maintaining professionalism and adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

• Expected Pay Range: $21.00 - $25.53 / hour 

• Shift & Schedule Availability: Full-Time

• Skill Level: Entry 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist with the maintenance programs for activities within the Adventure Peak area

• Assist in ensuring all required Manufacturer, State, and Federal regulations are met

• Assist in construction of new activities

• Assist Lift Mechanics with preventative maintenance and special projects as needed. 

• Adhere to all safety protocols. 

• Self-motivator able to work independently on assigned tasks as well as play a support role on the Lift Maintenance team. 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements: 

• Mechanical/electrical aptitude or lift operations experience. 

• Must have or ability to obtain a valid US driver's license. 

• Ability to work efficiently at heights and do physical work, standing for long periods of time

• Able to lift and carry 50 pounds. 

• Able to work outdoors in adverse mountain winter weather conditions. 

• Mechanical aptitude

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, evening shifts, overtime, etc.  

• Able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level or above preferred. 

The expected pay range is $21.00 - $25.53. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
