What You'll Be Doing
- Lead regional equipment and fleet functions to ensure safety, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with corporate and manufacturing standards; Create and maintain 5-year replacement/rebuild plans for major mobile equipment
- Collaborate with operations and procurement to optimize equipment lifecycle and utilization
- Monitor fleet performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives; Drive implementation of SAP based maintenance system
- Manage DOT compliance in conjunction with local business units; Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements
What Are We Looking For
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and fleet operations, maintenance, and lifecycle planning
- Demonstrated capability in budget management and cost control
- Effective communicator with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and fleet management systems; strong computer skills
Work Environment
This role involves a mix of office and field work across multiple sites within the region. Travel is required to support operational needs and team engagement.
