Current openings are for Full and Part Time shifts, including every other weekend.
First shift positions available.
Nurses must have current nursing license in Ohio, and must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and push wheelchairs up to 200 pounds. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Heinzerling Community is a Substance Free Workplace and does not accommodate use of drugs or medical marijuana.
Summary of Duties
- Practice safe and effective nursing care for the residents of Heinzerling Community
- Report and document in a timely manner, assessments, observations, and/or care provided for the resident
- Maintain accurate resident records; document changes in residents' condition and parties notified
- Report and consult as necessary with other nurses or members of the interdisciplinary team, making referrals as appropriate
- May accompany residents to outside appointments and activities
