We’re looking for a passionate craftsmen/woodworker to serve as a team member in our production workshop. Someone who has a passion for problem-solving, enjoys working with a small team, and can take initiative to continually improve!
Heirloom Products is a woodworking business in Cedar Mills, MN. Here at Heirloom Products, we specialize in creating custom furniture for homes, offices, & restaurants! Tables, benches, chairs, barndoors, and are continuing to expand into other types of custom furniture as well.

Job Summary
- Assist with wood table production & furniture production
- Make table tops, wood fill, sand, stain
- Assemble wood chairs, stain/ sand as needed
- Assist with shop projects and orders
- Receive and organize lumber & other materials
Minimum Requirements
- Strong Woodworking Experience is preferred but not necessary – a willingness to learn is a must

Responsibilities
- Work alongside shop employees completing all custom furniture orders.
- Day 2 process dedicated to the sanding and processing of our table tops & table bases
- Track production progress for each customer using our production calendar app
- Maintain a clean shop environment
- Maintain a dependable schedule of attendance and personal appearance
Summary
- The most important role of this job is the commitment to see that our production targets are met or exceeded every pay cycle while maintaining high quality standards.
- The second most important role of this job is that you work with our team well, communicate on a daily basis with the manager & production members.
Work hours are flexible so long that production quotas are met- this means there is a potential for 4 day work weeks/ days off.
2 Week Training period at a pay rate will begin at $15/hour. $17/hr bonus potential thereafter.
