What you'll get to do in this role:
- Oversee in-house guest service team, which includes team scheduling and training, sharing feedback and conducting reviews, and an eye for continuous improvement
- Communicate regularly with team members and be responsive to needs
- Listen to guest needs and concerns and diplomatically solve challenges over phone, email, or in person
- Provide a strong representation of the company in all interactions with guests, other staff members, and property owners
- Assist with guest engagement and marketing to increase booking revenue
What you'll bring to the role:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, preferably with an emphasis in business administration
- 3 or more years of customer service experience with a demonstrated commitment to excellence
- Strong computer skills, including PC or Mac with experience in MS Office, Google, and web-based software
- Ability to use personal transportation to travel to local vacation rental properties as needed
- Ability to be on-call on a rotating basis

Salary : $49,200 - $62,300
