Role Description
This is a contract role as a Freelance Sales & Education Specialist for Drybar & Curlsmith. This role requires contractors to work in store at our retail partners particularly in the Northern Virginia area. Tasks will include delivering engaging training sessions to educate retail staff about Drybar & Curlsmith products and meeting sales goals. Additionally, you will promote products by developing strong customer relationships, driving sales, and showcasing products in a way that strengthens brand visibility in the market. Collaboration with retail partners to optimize product placement and optimize customer experience is also expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with retail staff and customers and represent the brand professionally.
- Proven experience in sales with the ability to achieve sales targets and develop effective sales strategies.
- Experience in delivering training or educational sessions to enhance product knowledge and optimize the sales process.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in achieving role objectives.
- Relevant experience in beauty or haircare products is a plus.
