We are looking for a Fusion Technician to help build small or light subassemblies, test components, ensure quality, and repair faulty parts. You will have an impact on Helion's ability to accomplish production goals and deliver clean energy to the world. You will report directly to one of our Production Supervisor at our Everett, WA office.

What You Will Be Doing:
We are looking for a Fusion Technician to help build small or light subassemblies, test components, ensure quality, and repair faulty parts. You will have an impact on Helion's ability to accomplish production goals and deliver clean energy to the world. You will report directly to one of our Production Supervisor at our Everett, WA office.
You Will:
- Operate necessary equipment and machinery while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Use electrical, pneumatic, and hand tools
- Perform essential quality control inspections
- Rebuild defective assemblies
- Complete specialized projects to help us build our fusion generator
- Comprehend and interpret work instructions, drawings, short correspondence, and memos
- Support first shift operating from 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- 2 years experience with different hand tools
- Experience maintaining high-accuracy given proper build materials and instructions with little to no direct oversight
- Experience working with a variety of different builds or projects
- Mechanical or electrical assemblies experience
- Physical ability to squat, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Demonstrated proficiency with measuring tools, hand tools, and shop tools
- Experience with winding machines
- Previous work with vacuum systems
- Experience with soldering

Salary : $25 - $40
