What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foreman, Leadman, Laborers position at Helitech Waterproofing?
Local and established Waterproofing and Foundation Repair company in Lebanon, Tennessee seeking full time employment for Foreman, Leadman and Laborers. Starting pay is up to $20.00 to $25.00 per hour with opportunities to increase up to $35.00/hr when promoted to a Foreman. Class B required for all Foreman (can obtain after employed). Foreman in Training program for new hires if qualified. This employment opportunity is a great chance to start a career with a growing organization.
Essential duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Ability to follow direction.
- Manual digging and lifting 80-100 pounds.
- Concrete labor/Moving concrete.
- Available to work long hours and some Saturdays
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Pass Drug Test
- Pass Background Check

Schedule:
